Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant/Cadet, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and learning the fundamentals of the business.

Sales Support: Shadow and assist senior agents during property listings, client meetings, and negotiations.
Lead Generation: Help generate new leads through cold calling, door knocking, and database follow-ups.
Marketing Assistance: Support the coordination of marketing campaigns, open homes, and property inspections.
Client Management: Maintain and update client databases, assist with scheduling, and ensure exceptional client experiences.
On-the-Job Learning: Gain practical experience using industry tools and real estate systems in real scenarios.
