Responsibilities
Manage front desk phone; Screen and directs calls, while taking any necessary messages and directing them accordingly.-Greets visitors entering the facility, ensures knowledge of site layout.-Call person and let him/her know their guest is here; ask if they would like a beverage.-Assist with various administrative requests from the team.-Mail: pick up packages, deliver mail and packages
Create and drop off FedEx shipments
Schedule courier pick-ups (street fleet).-Help book conference rooms, maintain conference rooms, and become knowledgeable about AV equipment in conference rooms
Reserve conference room.-Ask maintenance to look at something or schedule something/fix items.-Coordinate meals for meetings using various caterers.-Keep kitchen clean, and run dishwasher once a week
Restock refrigerators with beverages daily, order beverages bi weekly.-Manage and maintain lobby space
Ensure all space is clean and neat at all times.-Place requests for cleaning when needed
Manage the various electronic displays throughout the facility.-Office supply orders; paper/Xerox orders; restock supplies as needed
