Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving guests, and managing front-desk activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access (e.g., monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor badges)
Coordinate with internal staff and departments as needed
Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
