We are looking for a friendly and organized Clinic Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
• *Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming smile.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.
- Verify insurance coverage and process payments.
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• *Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a medical setting.
- Proficiency in using patient management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
