Position Summary
As a Receptionist you will provide administrative and client service support as you manage front of house. With this you will support the Administration Team with all reception and client service-related tasks.

KEY Responsibilities
Front of house reception
Greet clients and visitors to the Firm in a polite friendly and engaging manner
Answer all phone calls and transfer to relevant staff member
Co-ordinate all meeting room bookings
Maintain meeting rooms, including IT setup, and ensure rooms are always tidy and ready for use
Organise refreshments for clients
Provide administration support to clients i.e. typing, printing, faxing and other requests
Assist with catering for meetings, lunches, events
Sorting, recording and delivering mail
Managing deliveries for the office
Manage and maintain all services provide by reception/for reception
Ad-hoc general administration duties as required
Essential
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Completion of Year 12

DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES:
Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail
Positive ability to work as part of a team
A willingness to work flexible hours
Professional presentation required at all times
