The role is as a receptionist/admin assistant and first point of contact for our clinic.

We have 2 clinics in Sydney, located in St Leonards and Five Dock. We offer an ******** team environment with a role for someone who likes to talk to clients and develop relationships. We are not a large corporate clinic, but a genuine bespoke family-run business.

Role Description

A full-time on-site role for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at NSAudiology. Responsibilities include organising bookings and generating business through outbound and inbound calls, mailouts, and emails to ensure the clinicians are fully booked; invoicing clients and third parties, processing Medicare, managing orders, and managing stock. We are a very small business, so the role requires someone who is self-motivated and can work with a small team. You will be required to do all daily duties to ensure the clinic's smooth operation.
