Qualifications

Responsibilities
This dual support role performs a wide variety of administrative and legal tasks while demonstrating the ability to exercise good judgment, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Answering and routing calls;
Greeting visitors and accepting deliveries;
Coordinating conference room, visitor office reservations and AV support;
Managing the security access system and ID badges;
Handling catering orders and event set up/clean up;
Updating the firm phone directory and office floor plan;
Providing occasional backup support to Office Services
Supporting attorneys with e-filing documents in state and federal court;
Preparing legal documents including formatting, proofreading and finalizing;
Entering attorney time and reimbursement requests;
Downloading, renaming and saving documents according to firm protocols

CHICAGO OFFICE RECEPTIONIST/LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP is seeking a Receptionist/Legal Assistant with two to four years of litigation experience to join our growing Chicago office and become an integral part of the firm's administrative and legal support team. This dual support role performs a wide variety of administrative and legal tasks while demonstrating the ability to exercise good judgment, multi-task, and meet deadlines. This is not a paralegal position.

This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm; a 37.5-hour work week. Education/Experience/Certifications:
• Minimum AA degree; Bachelor’s degree desirable; and
