Job Title: Receptionist / Admin Assistant
Location: AZB & Partners, Koregaon Park, Pune
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand, based on experience and interview performance)
We are seeking a smart, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist / Admin Assistant to manage front desk responsibilities and provide administrative support at our Pune office. This role is ideal for someone who is professional in demeanor, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable managing a variety of office and client-facing tasks.
Candidate Requirements
Gender & Age: Female candidates preferred | Age: 25–30 years
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Presentable with a professional attitude
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and multitasking skills
