About the job
We are looking for a full-time Receptionist who will work in the Mazars Melbourne Support team. Your responsibilities will include, but is not limited to:
Answering and directing all incoming phone calls
Meet and greet all visitors
Ensure meeting rooms and front foyer area are kept tidy
Coordinating and preparing meeting rooms
Process all incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries
Organising couriers
Building security access card management
Liaise with facilities management
Maintaining stationery and kitchen supplies and ordering stationery as necessary
Provide administrative support as requested to multiple departments
Organise catering as required
About you:
Experience as a Receptionist or Administrator with strong communication skills
Proven strong time management and organisational qualities
A positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good skills in Excel, Outlook and Word
