Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding the company and its services
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining client records
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with social media advertisements
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
