We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist due to continued growth and internal movement to join our Newcastle office. This role is part time working Monday – Wednesday, 8:30am – 5pm.
In this role you will be dealing with stakeholders at all levels across the business as well as liaising with external RSM clients. You will provide an enthusiastic, effective and efficient administration service and to ensure that internal and external clients receive a quality service in all respects
You'll make an impact by:
• Ensuring internal and external clients receive a quality service
• Playing a key role in support with all facilities matters within the Newcastle office
• Possessing a personal presentation that reflects a professional image and the values of the organisation
• Showing commitment and enthusiasm for client service and delivery

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work co-operatively and effectively within the team and the organisation
• Ability to multi-task, manage and meet the deadlines and maintain a high quality of work
• A working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
