Receptionist/Administration

Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate lawyer and staff members
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Coordinate and assist with event planning and preparation

Qualifications:
- Experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe Pro)
- Familiarity with ESI Law is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor

Please note that previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant in a law firm is not required but would be considered an asset.
