Reception: - Welcoming visitors to the School and using the CRM to register visitors. - Welcomes staff/visitors/students and fosters their loyalty through his / her friendly manner. - Attending to inquiries and entering/registering the entries and connecting them with the relevant department. - To ensure adherence to brand and experience standards. - Responsible for handling incoming calls. - Managing the school notice board and organizing classrooms - Receiving parcels and deliveries; Sending outgoing posts and arranging special deliveries when necessary. - Maintaining attendance of students and staff. - Check the hygiene and cleanliness of the entire school. - Update systems with any purchase/repairing requirement. - Communicating with the school team on a day-to-day basis on updates. - Able to extend extra work hours, if required for exigency situations. - Assisting the HR Department in interview scheduling & HR documentation. Administration: - Assisting with all administrative duties such as photocopying, filing, etc. - To create and distribute the lectures Daily Briefing. - To administer the distribution and collection of Lockers for staff and students. - Assisting with first aid box administration. - Preparing schedule (Template) of Practical batch. - Call to the student in regards to Practical batch start/ Cancellation calls/ Change in schedule calls/ Practical Absentees calls). - Eduvanz Recovery Calls / Fortune Recovery / K11 EMI RecoveryCalls - Banking: Cash deposition/ Cheque deposition - Comments updating information in the Fitness Force System. - Coordination with Master Trainers and students for any update (emergency change in schedule). - Moderating lectures taken by Faculties - Division and allotment of the practical batches and update in the excel sheet on the drive and on the practical register. - Excel sheet to be maintained on the regular basis: Reco Sheet, Eduvanz Sheet, Eduvanz Recovery Sheet, Lecture Attendances Sheet, Payment Method Sheet - Update of Batch Life Cycle Report, Lifting shoe sheet, certificate master, - School Stock: Printing Item, Toiletry, and Stationery. - Student profile update, Scanning document, and uploading in the FCM, Bills, and Receipts entry. - Coordination of all the departments as per the requirement - Theory Exam and Practical exams invigilation Cash Management: - To handle all petty cash requirements for the school. - To maintain appropriate vouchers & support on a monthly basis. Desired Profile: - Evidence of clear focused communication & active listening skills - Multitasked. - Good command of the English Language. - Possess good computer skills (MS Office Excel V lookup etc., Word & PowerPoint). - Problem-solving. - Ability to build professional relationships.
