We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the organization with a friendly and professional demeanor. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication across departments.

Key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming and assisting visitors in a courteous and efficient manner.

- Answering, screening, and directing phone calls appropriately.

- Managing the appointment calendar and scheduling meetings.

- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

- Coordinating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.

- Other Admin Jobs.

The ideal candidate should possess:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.

- Basic proficiency in office software (MS Office, email, etc.).

- A professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in administration or related fields is preferred.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
