Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk at a Physio/Orthotic Clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, be proficient in using phone systems, and have experience Universal . This position requires a friendly demeanor and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while providing outstanding customer service.

Duties

Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the Clinic
Handle patient records and ensure accurate data entry into computerized systems
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and maintaining office supplies.
Provide support to Physio staff as needed, facilitating effective communication within the team.
Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred.
Familiarity with Reception office operations is a plus, particularly in handling patient interactions.
Proficiency Universal Scheduling and other computer software relevant to office management.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing records and appointments.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
