We are looking for smart, young and presentable front desk
Receptionist:
Key Responsibilities - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner - Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate staff, and handle inquiries efficiently - Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area - Manage visitor logbooks and appointment schedules
Administrative Support: - Maintain and order office supplies and stationery - Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services
Requirements: - Graduate in any discipline - 5 years of experience - Proficiency in MS Office - Proficient in English - Good communication skills (spoken and written) - Polite and organized with a professional attitude - Work experience with MNC will be an added advantage
Schedule: ∙Day shift ∙Monday to Friday
Min Exp - 2 years
Salary - can be depends on last drawn and market standard
