Job Role: Sales Recruiter (WFO - Staffing)
We are looking for a motivated Sales Recruiter to join our team in Kolkata (New Alipore). The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring for BPO telecallers, telesales, telemarketing, inbound, outbound, and customer support roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for BPO/telecalling profiles.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for the required roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and generate hiring reports.
• Work towards achieving hiring targets within set timelines.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in bulk hiring/BPO hiring.
• Strong understanding of BPO telecalling, telesales, telemarketing, inbound, outbound, and customer support roles.
• Must be based in Kolkata.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month.

• Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM (Day Shift).
