What Makes You Stand Out?

You’re a driven professional with a passion for people. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Ideally 1 year of Recruitment experience, or you are great in sales or benefit selling with customers
Communication Skills: You’re a natural communicator, love to talk on the phone? Adept at building relationships with both candidates and clients.
Ambition: You’re goal-oriented, with a hunger to grow your career and take on new challenges.
Organisational Prowess: Juggling multiple tasks is your forte, and can not forget the little details. You'll be managing candidate pipelines, client requirements, and everything in between.
Sales Savvy: You’ve got a basic understanding of sales principles and know how to promote our services.
Problem-Solving Attitude: You’re proactive and excel at matching the right candidates with the right roles.

Your day-to-day will include client & candidate management, candidate Sourcing, relationship building, database management, interview coordination, offer management and working with top innovative recruitment tools.
