Responsibilities

Proactive Business Development: Drive growth by reaching out to clients and candidates through strategic phone calls.
Client and Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships, deeply understanding and addressing their needs and goals.
Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Utilise advanced recruitment systems, headhunting techniques, and strategic networking to attract top-tier talent.
Candidate Management: Keep candidates informed about relevant opportunities and guide them seamlessly through the recruitment process.
Interviewing and Selection: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate fit and confidently extend job offers.
Reference and Advertisement: Execute reference checks and craft compelling job advertisements to attract high-calibre candidates.
