Position Summary

As Sales Manager – VIC, SA, WA, TAS you will lead Propic’s regional expansion across Victoria, Tasmania, South Australia, and Western Australia. This role is focused on acquiring new customers, accelerating revenue growth, and retaining strategic accounts. You will create, develop and oversee sales strategies, create and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs)/Account Managers, and spearhead initiatives to nurture and expand our existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute a robust sales plan to drive market share and deliver on revenue targets in VIC, SA, WA, TAS.
Identify new business opportunities, build strong sales pipelines, and collaborate with marketing to maximize lead generation.
Negotiate and close deals that align with Propic’s growth and customer-first values.
