Role Description

This is a Full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Regional Sales Manager (India - West) at Miraya International (India). As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within the western region of India, developing regional sales plans and ensuring their implementation. Additionally, you will create and implement effective sales strategies, target potential customers, and focus on customer expectations and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for expanding geographical presence across the western region by maintaining and developing distribution network and guide sales team to increase sales and revenue for the co.

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or any related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the food service industry and expertise in B2B sales
• Knowledge of Mumbai and western markets in India
• Ability to plan and implement sales strategies, create and manage sales teams, and manage customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders, understand customer needs, and present solutions to clients
• Fluent in English and Hindi language, knowledge of other Indian regional languages would be advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales tools
• Willingness to travel as required
