We are seeking an experienced Level II RN to join our dynamic team in the OR.

Key Responsibilities:
Patient Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of assigned patients to identify their unique needs and develop personalized care plans.
Treatment Implementation: Implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Medication Administration: Safely administer medications within the scope of practice, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
Clinical Judgment: Exercise sound clinical judgment when making decisions about patient care, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely interventions.
Requirements:
Education: A Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.
Certifications: State of Florida Registered Nurse License, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification (ACLS), Basic Life Support Certification (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience and/or Peri-Op 101 experience is required.
