The ORS Psychology team is expanding and we are seeking our next Psychologist to join the team! You will be joining a national team of Psychologists working under different service pathways, including the NDIS and the private sector. You will have the opportunity to develop, extend and deepen your clinical expertise in a friendly, well-supported team and in an organisation that values your growth, passion and skills.

While providing psychological practice you will be using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT & DBT. ORS also offers a full range of psychological assessments, including mental health, IQ, psychoeducational, school readiness, decision-making capacity, autism and ADHD assessments. There will be the opportunity to receive training to develop your skills in this area and administer such assessments to applicable clients. Experience in the provision of cognitive and autism assessments will be looked upon favourably, as will endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology, Clinical Psychology or Educational and Developmental Psychology.

You will have the opportunity to work in our clinic with a multidiscipline team of practitioners or across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools within your community.

A few requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Psychology
Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
For Registrar Program: Ability to become registered with AHPRA in a Registrar program – e.g., clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology
For endorsed positions: registration with AHPRA with endorsement in clinical psychology, clinical neuropsychology, education and developmental psychology, or forensic psychology
A car and licence
A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
