Job description
Job Title: International Tele caller Executive
Description: We are seeking an articulate and dynamic International Telecaller Executive to drive sales and secure donations via telephone. This role involves making cold calls, generating business, acquiring clients, and providing quotations in multiple languages including English, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, and Telugu.
Responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage sales conversations with potential international clients over the phone.
• Engage customers with insightful questions to sustain and advance the conversation.
• Identify and address customers' needs to foster repeat business.
• Collect and record detailed customer information, including payment methods, purchases, and feedback.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, and Telugu.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Patience and aptitude for engaging customers in meaningful dialogue.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales.

About the role:
We, at Turing, are looking for talented remote ELK Stack developers who will be responsible for accumulating logs from systems and applications and creating visualizations for application & infrastructure monitoring, faster troubleshooting, and security analytics. Job responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable ELK stack solutions
- Install, configure, and tune the ELK stack cluster in an enterprise environment
- Contribute to high-level and low-level integration designs, configurations, and best practices
- Perform end-to-end low level design, development, administration and delivery of ELK/Java solutions
- Participate in the deployment approach and configuration of the ELK platform
- Take ownership of creating, designing and/or implementing Kibana dashboards
- Collaborate with technical teams on operational concerns of integration solutions on ELK platform
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of development experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana) technologies (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
- Expertise in delivering end-to-end ELK/Java solutions
- Extensive knowledge of Elasticsearch clustering, performance optimization, and REST APIs
- Strong understanding of cloud concepts, DevOps best practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in data analysis and visualization of real-time data
- Experience with NoSQL databases and JSON format
- Fluency in English language for effective communication
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones
