Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
Experience with data entry tasks in a remote or office setting
High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
Experience:Previous experience in data entry or related roles is required
Working Hours:This is a part-time position, with flexible hours
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems
Inputting data from various sources into the company database accurately and efficiently
Updating and maintaining accurate data records within specified deadlines
Performing regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors
Generating reports from the database as required by the management team
Ensuring confidentiality and security of all data entries
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Approximately 15-20 hours per week
Demonstrate your ability to work independently and handle confidential information securely
