ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Repair & Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our facilities. WHAT WE OFFER
Hourly wage: $25.00 - $33.00/hour depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
Install and assemble fixtures, appliances, furniture, and equipment.
Inspect properties for issues and perform preventative maintenance.
Troubleshoot and diagnose problems efficiently.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and standards.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding work progress and issues.
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Other duties as required.
WHAT YOU HAVE
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
Experience in commercial service.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work.
Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools.
Strong troubleshooting ability is an asset.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Clean criminal background check.
Strong troubleshooting ability is an asset.
