Replenishing Amazon Inventory
Maintaining sales reports and returns
Monitor and maintain customer feedback
Work on problem-solving and product optimizations
Regularly manage inventory across e-commerce portals
Learning and implementing best practices in e-commerce
List and manage products on e-Commerce platform by accurate listing of specifications and images of products, Update Changes in the price, product etc.
Dealing with E-commerce Account Manager/ vendors / designers / brands to ensure alliances are built
Day to day order possessing across platforms, Monitor online customer feedback and website queries.
On boarding brand on new and relevant Ecom Portals
