Job Description
Manage all incoming booking inquiries, ensuring accurate input of details and maximizing occupancy across the Auckland Airport Precinct.
Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable support to guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
Upsell room types, packages, and services while adhering to pricing strategies and set rates.
Ensure all guest information, preferences, and booking details are correctly recorded in the Property Management System (PMS)
Communicate guest requests and special requirements to Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams for seamless service.
Keep up to date with reservation systems, loyalty programs, promotions, and brand standards to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
You will be:
Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in reservations and guest information.
A proactive problem solver, handling booking inquiries, modifications, and challenges with confidence.
Adaptable and resilient, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
Customer-focused and engaging, building rapport with guests and clients to enhance their experience.
A strong communicator, effectively liaising with internal departments and external partners.
Motivated to learn and grow, staying updated on systems, promotions, and brand standards.
