Seeking a super organised, customer-focussed administrator who wishes to work in a busy Office Reception setting in a picturesque locale on the banks of Lake Mulwala. The ClubMulwala Resort is part of a thriving hospitality and entertainment hub, offering 4 star resort-style accommodation, a day spa and adjacent services club. the Resort Receptionist role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage bookings, and liase with customers and staff to ensure first class service.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer front desk reception tasks
Greet and check-in members and patrons
Liase with the Staff team to provide excellent customer experience
Answer customer queries
Other administration tasks as required
Job Skills & Qualifications
Outstanding presentation and communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Computer competence
Experience using RMS system preferred
Available to work days, evenings and weekends on a rotating roster
