Acquisition, Skill development, Retention and Engagement, Productivity Optimization etc.Develop, deploy, and nurture new subcontractors.Database of existing subcontractors – Discipline / Category /size.Database of Workmen and develop new sources of workmen databases (connecting with various state government bodies)
