Key Responsibilities: Market Engagement: ● Execute sales strategies according to the predefined routes and customer segments. ● Engage with prospective and existing clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs. Product Knowledge: ● Develop in-depth knowledge of SHGmade products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers. ● Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Customer Relationship Management: ● Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. ● Maintain a database of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Sales Target Achievement: ● Achieve monthly sales targets set for specific product categories and routes. ● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to maximize revenue. Promotions and Marketing: ● Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility. ● Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales efforts and marketing strategies. Inventory Management: ● Monitor product availability and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely restocking. ● Report inventory discrepancies and slow-moving products for timely resolution. Data Reporting and Analysis: ● Maintain accurate and updated sales records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. ● Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Compliance and Quality Assurance: ● Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during sales activities. ● Uphold the quality standards of SHGmade products in all customer interactions. Team Collaboration: ● Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. ● Provide feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer preferences. Qualifications and Skills: ● Freshers are also allowed FMCG industry. ● Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. ● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Excellent organizational and time management abilities. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Proficiency in using sales and CRM software. ● Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences in Pune.
