Responsibilities:

Researches and comprehends all aspects of the Multiplex business and services provided.
End-to-end responsibility for driving theatre attendance.
Increasing revenue from advertisement sales. Investigate client requirements and explain the benefits of purchasing advertising space (on and off screens).
F&B sales performance analysis and timely corrections to improve.
In charge of city-wide bulk bookings on a regular basis.
Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Establish and maintain healthy working connections with all levels of cinema employees.
Event planning and execution.
Development and implementation of online and offline marketing strategies.
Overall revenue responsibilities, including the identification of new income opportunities.
Market analysis, including research into customer behaviour, purchasing habits, and purchasing power, among other things.
Strong market presence and control, constant contact with local brands, local cultural circles, event planners etc.
Establishing long-term relationships with local social groups, marketing directors, or retail managers of local brands.
Increasing the site's client base and setting up new revenue streams.
Qualification:

Graduate in any stream, post graduate will be added advantage.
Overall exp of 5 years in B2B sales & hospitality industry would be preferred
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Skills:

Excellent verbal communication, public relations, guest contact, and grievance management skills.
A good team player with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Proactive business approach with positive attitude, driving new initiatives
The willingness to travel and the capacity to communicate professionally with people from diverse cultures.
Strong analytical abilities
Excellent hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strategist.
Troubleshooter.
Must be well-versed in social media.
Entrepreneurial abilities.

Salary: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
