The Opportunity
The Risk Analyst will partner with the business to identify and assess risks, recommending solutions to manage them across Dexus. This role involves overseeing risk management and insurance systems, requiring experience in systems engineering, IT, or GRC systems. The ideal candidate will optimize these systems to support the company's strategies effectively.
You will make an impact by:
Risk Management: Facilitate risk assessment workshops and identify risks and controls.
Risk Reporting: Deliver timely, accurate risk reports to management and boards.
System Management: Operate and enhance the risk GRC system.
Data Analysis: Identify trends and opportunities from GRC system data.
Training: Train users on risk processes and manage vendor relationships.
About You
You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Risk Management, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Risk Management.
Experience in systems development, IT, or GRC systems is beneficial.
Demonstrated experience in corporate risk and/or assurance roles within large, complex organisations.
Proficiency in system development or implementation, with data warehousing and dashboarding experience in MS PowerBI being a plus.
