Company Description
A 292-room hotel, spanning over 3.5 hectares with significant food & beverage operations, two resort pools and extensive conference facilities, Mercure Gold Coast Resort is an oasis located amongst expansive gardens on the Gold Coast.
We have an opportunity for Room Attendants to join our fast paced and dynamic housekeeping team. Casual and part time opportunities are available.

Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Working in our Housekeeping department as a Room Attendant,
Carry out general cleaning duties,
Achieving established standards of cleanliness and presentation to meet guests' needs and exceed their expectations in regard to the cleanliness of room areas of the Resort,
Working in a fast-paced environment.
Opportunity to cross train and learn and understand Public Area Cleaning and House Person duties.
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
Good communication skills, with a sound ability to verbally communicate in English,
A high standard of grooming and personal presentation,
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills,
Attention to detail
The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
Unlimited work rights in Australia. The Resort is unable to offer Sponsorship for this position.
