The Company

A reputable community care organisation providing multiple care services across NSW & QLD.



They are a compassionate and client centred organisation with the focus on quality and going the extra mile for clients in their care.



This role is based in the Inner Suburbs of Sydney in an easily accessible area close to local travel links.



The Opportunity

Responsible for the rostering and scheduling requirements of this community care provider, you will be an important part of the operations team. You will work with a supportive team but be expected to lead this area of the business. Someone who is strong-minded, driven and has experience within a similar role within the healthcare space will do well in this role.



The role is a permanent full-time position with the opportunity to work from home in a hybrid environment once after the probation period has been completed and the team is working well.





Skills and Experience:

Cert III/IV or Diploma related to Healthcare/Community Support
Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system
Understanding and recent working experience within healthcare in a related field
Previous experience working within scheduling/rostering role in a similar fast paced position
Process driven and highly organised, ability to support a multi-disciplinary team
Strong customer service abilities as well as clear written, verbal and technical communication skills
