Work description:
• Be first POC at physical health studio location and act as reliever between different studios.
• Experience of doing RWa and corporate camps
• Manage the store, inventory, cash, invoicing, etc
• Manages the periodical camp drive for product awareness and driving revenue- Team management, queue management, inventory management, selling, billing
• Understand products and is able to sell the same to customer
• Meets the revenue targets defined for health studio & camp drives- Lead / Walk-in to Conversion
• Responsible for driving superlative customer experience
• Handle customer complaints on walk-ins and at camps
• Prepares daily MIS and shares with respective stakeholders
• Pass leads for X-Ray, Physiotherapy, fall prevention (or any other) to respective teams
• Ensures smooth function of the process with no critical observations during audits.

Education & experience:
• Minimum graduate
• 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship mgmt, store management, retail sales.
• Proficiency in both English & Hindi. Regional language for location outside Delhi NCR
• Excellent communication skills ( written and verbal)
• Basic knowledge of MS office / ERP tool basics
• Good comprehension skills ( ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present)

Note: This is a 6 days working profile with one roster off/week
