Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Customer Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure their success

• Analyze market trends and customer data to optimize customer success strategies
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track customer interactions and progress
• Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed

Qualifications
• Proven experience in technical sales, technology sales, or related fields
• Strong background in outside sales, account management, business development, or similar roles
• Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service leadership role
• Industry experience within SaaS, Digital Marketplaces and/or eCommerce - preferred
• Strong people and process leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools - Hubspot and Netsuite - Highly preferred
• Bi-lingual Spanish and English, written and verbal - required
