Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and a decade of experience in the car and coach rental industry. This role will focus on developing marketing strategies, expanding the customer base, and optimizing sales channels to increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Identify new business opportunities in car and coach rental services.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strengthen brand visibility and ensure consistent messaging.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in the car and coach rental industry, with a focus on operations and sales.
Proven track record of driving sales and managing marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of fleet management, customer service, and operational processes in the car rental industry.
Experience in managing relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
