As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and contributing to the overall success of our store. Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and welcoming environment.

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering product recommendations and information to enhance their shopping experience.

- Maintain a deep knowledge of MUJI's product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies.

- Actively participate in visual merchandising by arranging and restocking products to maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences.

- Contribute to maintaining the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the store.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education or coursework is a plus.

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive shopping experiences.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.

- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.

- Knowledge of MUJI's philosophy and product offerings is advantageous.
