Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively
Upsell and recommend additional products to maximize sales opportunities
Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
Maintain merchandising standards and ensure displays are attractive and organized
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods
Use phone etiquette skills to handle inquiries and follow-up calls professionally
Keep abreast of product knowledge, including new arrivals and promotions, to inform customers effectively
Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred
Multilingual or bilingual abilities (e.g., English and another language) are a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions
Knowledge of merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques is advantageous
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment while independently managing customer interactions
Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are essential
Prior experience with technology sales or technical products is beneficial but not required
