Job Summary
As a Sales Executive specializing in corporate sales and showroom operations for a perfume company,
you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and
ensuring smooth showroom operations. Your role is pivotal in increasing revenue by building
partnerships with corporate clients and creating exceptional customer experiences within the
showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales
1. Identify and target corporate clients, such as businesses, hotels, and event organizers, for bulk
and customized perfume sales.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular follow-ups and
personalized services.
3. Present tailored fragrance and scenting solutions to meet corporate gifting and branding needs.
4. Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring all terms are aligned with company policies.
5. Meet or exceed corporate sales targets and KPIs.
Showroom Sales and Management
1. Provide an exceptional customer experience by offering personalized perfume
recommendations and demonstrations.
2. Ensure the showroom is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
3. Drive sales by educating customers about the features and benefits of different perfume
collections.
4. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
• 5. Maintain accurate sales records and provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
General Responsibilities
1. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
3. Train and mentor junior sales staff to enhance showroom performance.
4. Handle billing, and invoicing, and ensure timely follow-ups for payments.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).B.Com, M. Com, Hospitality Management, Cabin crew – hospitality, Hotel Management
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
