Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer for a full-time hybrid position located in Thane. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in the material handling equipment industry and operate at a mid-level position, contributing to Jost's commitment to providing innovative material handling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by establishing connections with potential customers and understanding their needs.
Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure sales agreements that meet the interests of both parties.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and results using customer relationship management tools.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential impacts on current and future sales strategies.
Work closely with clients post-sale to ensure successful product implementation and address any issues or questions that arise.
Requirements
Technical knowledge to effectively understand and communicate the capabilities and advantages of our products and solutions to clients.
Sales acumen to strategically drive sales opportunities and nurture client relationships ensuring long-term partnerships.
Negotiation skills that are essential for closing deals and achieving favourable outcomes for both the company and clients.
Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and engage stakeholders.
Problem-solving ability to address and resolve client issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and continuous relationship building.
