Purpose of the position: Why the positions exists?
To Identify the potential customers in Aerospace and Defense sectors.
Coordinate with the existing/new customers technically to generate the leads
To promote the products by attending the events such as Aero India, Defense Expo and other customer
specific events.
To fill the gap between the customers and Management.

Education B.E - Mechanical Engineering
Knowledge
and skills
Ability to coordinate and communicate with the customer Technically.
Ability to read and understand mechanical 2D drawing and Standards.
Negotiation Skills
Ability to coordinate with the cross-function team such as Engineering, Production
Planning and Control, Quality and Production for on time Delivery (OTD) of the parts.
Knowledge on Aerospace and Defense sectors to identify potential customers.
Relevant Experience:
3+ year of Sales and Marketing/ Business Development experience in Aerospace and Defense
Sector.
1 Visiting govt and private customers on regular basis to
provide presentation of our company profile.
2 Regular checking of Govt E-procurement portals for new
Tenders and Following up with private customers for
RFQ's
3 To send the RFQ's/ Tenders to ISP/Costing team for
feasibility study & Quotation. Based on the quotation
given by ISP, analyze the pricings, and add the margin
accordingly by Analyzing competitor activity.
4 Share the quotation to customer and follow up for order.
Once the order received, check the order details inline
with our quotation and share the order with ISP. Share
the delivery date with customer along with order
acknowledgement.
5 Sample submission for new products development at
Customer End and get approval
6 Attending Weekly Meetings to update on the customers
developments and explain our weekly activities.
7 Resolving customer clarification on products and its
report.
8 Follow up for payments with customer and update with
• the Finance team accordingly
