NFCfied, a brand of Radiverse 7.83 Pvt. Ltd., is redefining networking with our innovative Smart Networking Cards. We're on the lookout for dynamic Sales Executives to join our Ahmedabad team. If you're outgoing, driven, and ready to make a mark in the networking industry, we want to hear from you.
Roles Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new leads, converting them into sales opportunities. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Product Demonstrations: Arrange and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers. Showcase the value and functionality of NFCfied Smart Networking Cards.
• Exhibition Engagement: Represent NFCfied at exhibitions and trade shows. Manage our stall, engage with visitors, and effectively communicate the advantages of our products.
• Marketing Strategies: Develop compelling marketing pitches and strategies to broaden the reach of NFCfied products.
• Customer Interaction: Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers. Address inquiries, provide product information, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Data Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target demographics, market trends, and growth opportunities.
• Database Maintenance: Keep accurate records of leads, contacts, and interactions using Excel or CRM tools. Ensure daily updates to maintain data accuracy.
• Performance Review: Regularly evaluate sales performance, strategizing for improvement, and working towards achieving monthly sales objectives.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent Business Communication Skills.
• Strong Influencing and Negotiation Skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Effective Time Management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively via Phone Calls and emails.
• A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for client visits.

• Incentive Program: Sales and Marketing personnel have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on sales performance, in addition to the stipend. The incentive structure is as follows:
• Up to ₹30,000: 2% Commission
• From ₹30,001 to ₹1,00,000: 3% Commission
• Above ₹100,00: 5% Commission
