Handle Retail Sales and exceed targets set for various batches, catering to:
Walk in clients / Incoming calls / Outgoing calls to enquiries generated from marketing activities
Follow up with prospective clients systematically and diligently
Conduct the entire sales process from lead generation and negotiation, to closing and postsales follow up
Having social media lead generation skill is an added advantage
Reporting and suggesting improvements to management
Input data into CRM for all leads and contacts
Arrange and execute marketing/sales events, seminars, and workshops
Any adhoc support required by Management
Good incentive is paid on achieving sales target
Excellent active listening and communication skills.
Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.
Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
Salary:
55,000.00 - 65,000.00 per month
