We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive tohelp us build up our business activities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIESConduct market research to identify selling possibilities andevaluate customer needs Actively seek out new sales opportunitiesthrough cold calling, networking, and social media Set up meetingswith potential clients and listen to their wishes and concernsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products andservices Create frequent reviews and reports with sales andfinancial data Ensure the availability of stock for sales anddemonstrations Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitionsor conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints orobjections Collaborate with team members to achieve better resultsGather feedback from customers orprospects and share with internal teams JOB REQUIREMENTS. Provenexperience as a Sales Executive in same role Thorough understandingof marketing and negotiating techniques Fast learner and passionfor sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude indelivering attractive presentations High school degree Preferringexperienced candidates from jewelry industry. a)Train the counter sales executives for engaging with the customersto understand the customer requirement as well as desires. b)Ensure racks are fully stocked. c) Answer to customer's queriesabout product/ services. d) Conduct price and feature comparisonfor customers. This is to facilitate purchasing and relateddecision making. e) Ensure that counter sales executives provideexcellent customer service at relevant counters/ floors. f) Ensurecounter sales executives are cheerful, interactive with customersand willing to show variety of merchandise. g) Capable of creatinga bonding with customers and conversion to DPP scheme; and givepractical training on DPP to the counter sales executives. h) Takenote of morning stock and attractive display merchandise in thecounter. i) Take note of closing stock and help reconcile the day'sbusiness wrt the counter. j) Maintain teammates" good interpersonalskills and be highly organised as per grooming and shop floor SOPs.k) Maintain safety of jewellery displayed to the customer. l)Provide support to marketing team for campaigns/ exhibitions. m)Identify potential customers and share their details to the HNIrepresentative of the store
