Sales Executive
Salary: £25,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission
OTE: £40,000 - £65,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday +.00am - 4.30pm
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth by:
• Connecting with SMEs: Making outbound calls to SME business owners and influencers.
• Booking Appointments: Scheduling meetings for Consultants to showcase bespoke solutions.
• Achieving Targets: Consistently meeting weekly and monthly sales goals.
Main Responsibilities
• Adhering to sales scripts and training guidelines.
• Effectively communicating the products and services to potential customers.
• Building and managing a pipeline of leads.
• Collecting customer information accurately.
• Following up with potential customers to nurture relationships.
Skills/Experience Required
• Experience: Previous experience working in a phone based sales role.
• Positive Attitude: A passion for sales and a can-do spirit.
• Resilience: The ability to overcome challenges and maintain a positive outlook.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-Focused: A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
