• Manage and optimize a diverse real estate portfolio.
• Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee property transactions (buy/sell) and monitor market trends.
• Provide strategic recommendations on valuations and investment decisions.
• Lead and mentor a team of portfolio managers, fostering high performance.
Leadership & Competencies:
• Embody the firm’s values and demonstrate integrity, initiative, and influence.
• Serve as a role model for Symbiosis Infra Pvt Ltd by aligning with its culture.
• Partner with Sales Head to train and develop junior staff.
• Create strategies that anticipate business challenges and generate new opportunities.
• Build client trust through superior service and value delivery.
• Identify and mentor talent, promoting knowledge transfer.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven experience in real estate portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and investment strategies.
• Successful track record in real estate transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
