Duties and Responsibilities ■ Travels throughout the assigned routes in mumbai to visit regular and prospective stores to get orders, and talks with store owners to take orders, feedback. ■ Achieves sales goals across the marked territories. ■ Services existing stores, obtains orders, and establishes new stores by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call and visit existing and potential sales outlets. ■ Collects and tracks payments due from retail stores. ■ Displays or demonstrates product, using samples or catalog, and emphasizes salable features. ■ Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares sales contracts for orders obtained. ■ Prepares reports of business transactions, keeps expense accounts and mileage logs. ■ Tracks stock levels in stores and updates as required. ■ Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries. ■ Answers customers/ stores’ questions about products and service ■ Ensure racks are fully stocked in each store ■ Manage returns of merchandise as required ■ Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service ■ Inform clients about discounts and special offers ■ Provide product feedback and retail store feedback to the management ● Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly analysis ● Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. ● Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. ● Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. ● Maintains records on area wise and customer sales. ● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills: ● Languages preferred - Gujarati/ Kutchi, Hindi, English ● Customer service ● Meeting sales goals ● Closing skills ● Prospecting skills ● Negotiation ● Self-confidence ● Product knowledge ● Presentation skills ● Client relationships ● Motivation for sales ● Knowledge of food industry and related products ● Adhere to customer service principles and practices ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public ● Knowledge of Inventory software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software ● Accurate data entry skills Education & Experience ● 7-10 years of sales experience in the food, retail industry ● College degree ● Flexibility to travel across cities for retail distribution ● Understanding of the retail sales process ● Familiarity with consumer behavior ● Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures ● Track record of achieving sales quotas ● Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships ● Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
