Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive - Event to join our team at Citadel Sarovar Portico Race Course Bengaluru. This Junior-level, full-time position is based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in event sales and a strong ability to drive business through effective communication and strategic sales efforts.
Qualifications And Skills
• Excellent negotiation skills (Mandatory skill) to secure optimal terms and close sales efficiently.
• Strong communication skills (Mandatory skill) for clear, professional interaction with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in sales strategy (Mandatory skill) to create and implement strategies that increase revenue.
• Adept in networking to build and maintain strong industry relationships.
• Proven ability in customer relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Experience in event planning to effectively organize and manage various event details.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise during event preparation and execution.
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Roles And Responsibilities
• Identify potential clients and generate leads to increase event sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Participate in networking events and conferences to enhance company visibility and generate leads.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after events to ensure client satisfaction.
